Per la sede di Cologno Monzese (Milano), Janssen ricerca un **BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER** (BIM) da inserire, a tempo indeterminato, nella Direzione Commercial Excellence & Business Transformation.
La Direzione Commercial Excellence & Business Transformation contribuisce a sviluppare progettualità ad alto valore aggiunto per i nostri clienti, a fornire approfondite analisi di mercato e informazioni a supporto della strategia aziendale e a coordinare ricerche di mercato primarie e secondarie.
ll Business Intelligence Manager fornisce supporto strategico al Business per supportare la crescita in un mercato competitivo e dinamico. Il Business Intelligence Manager ha la responsabilità delle seguenti attività:
**Strategic Thinking, Business Analytics, Operations & Forecasting**
- Traduce i dati e gli "insights" provenienti dalle ricerche di mercato in progettualità strategiche a supporto del business;
- Sfrutta gli insights provenienti da ricerche di mercato italiane o EMEA e dal sistema di CRM (customer relationship management) per la appropriata segmentazione dei clienti;
- Collabora con il team “Data Analytics” per definire le necessità legate al sistema di CRM e a tutte le analisi dei dati per misurare l’impatto sul business delle differenti attività aziendali;
- Si assicura che le performance di brand siano accuratamente e strategicamente incorporate nelle “Product Dashboards” di propria competenza, raccogliendo gli input dalle diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte;
- Assicura la definizione di forecast accurati e che incorporino tutti gli input strategici delle diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo;
- Si confronta con gli stakeholder interni per la definizione di progettualità ad-hoc, traducendo le richieste provenienti dalle strategie di brand in soluzioni operative ed assicurando la realizzazione di queste progettualità, coinvolgendo tutte le funzioni necessarie;
- Costituisce key member del team di prodotto (CVT) e della Business Unit, sviluppa relazioni positive e costruttive con gli altri membri del CVT e della linea ed investe tempo ed attività per trarre insights dal territorio e dall’ascolto diretto dei clienti.
**Sales Force Sizing, Effectiveness e Sistemi di incentivazione**
- Supporta lo stakeholder interno nello sviluppo di progettualità e metodologie atte a verificare l'efficacia e l'efficienza della forza vendita sul territorio;
- Supporta lo stakeholder interno nel dimensionamento e nell'allocazione geográfica della Field Force sul territorio fornendo analisi e simulazioni specifiche, utilizzando tool e programmi dedicati;
- Supervisiona il processo di definizione e calcolo degli incentivi periodici della sales force, assicurando la l'accuratezza dei dati necessari ed il rispetto delle tempistiche.
**Center of Excellence**
- Responsabilità nello sviluppo dell’area funzionale di competenza a lui assegnata (Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Advanced Analytics), definendo i processi per massimizzare l’efficienza e l’efficacia delle attività relative e individuando eventuali nuovi ambiti progettuali; Il BIM rappresenta il massimo esperto in tale area di competenza a livello di Country e partecipa a tutte le iniziative relative con gli Headquarters regionali.
**Process Improvement e Change Management**
- Assicura il monitoraggio e l'andamento dei progetti strategici di propria competenza nei Brand Value Plan;
- Fornisce supporto metodologico ed analitico ai Country Value Team di riferimento;
- Assicura il percorso di cambiamento dei Country Value Team assegnati verso una cultura della misura e interpretazione dei dati;
- Promuove attivamente la cultura di "sharing best practices".
**Functional networking**
- Mantiene e sviluppa opportune sinergie con il Business Intelligence EMEA, facendosi portavoce costruttivo delle istanze nazionali nei contesti EMEA e facendo leva delle best practices delle altre countries;
- Garantisce massima visibilità delle iniziative di valore sviluppate a livello italiano all'interno dei gruppi EMEA.
**Health care compliance e Farmacovigilanza**:
- Garantisce il rispetto di tutte le procedure aziendali;
- Predispone la documentazione di Farmacovigilanza relativa all'attivazione delle ricerche di mercato e di eventuali progetti ad hoc;
- Garantisce che i requisiti di farmacovigilanza per la segnalazione di eventi avversi o di reclami sulla qualità del prodotto siano rispettati, così come definiti dalle policy e dalle procedure aziendali e che tali requisiti siano rispettati nella pianificazione dei progetti, nello sviluppo dei materiali, nell'esecuzione dei progetti e nell'affidare attività a terze parti (vendor);
- Si assicura di aver pienamente compreso i requisiti HCC e legali (ad esempio le regole di Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value, etc) e di rispettarli nella pianificazione dei progetti, nello sviluppo dei materiali, nell'esecuzione dei progetti e nell'affidare le attività a terze p
