**Posizione**:
**Responsibilities**

Support of the MD in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks;
Interface between the MD and departments heads as well as business partners, including business correspondence;
Preparation and documentation of management meetings (e.g., presentations, meeting minutes); organization of events and conferences;
Analysis and presentation of ad-hoc topics; market research and decision proposals;
Manages the calendar of the MD and makes travel arrangements;
Accompanies the MD on business trips.

**Requisiti**:
Above-average university degree (Management Engineering/Statistics/Economics);
Dynamic and results-oriented work style, even under pressure and time constraints; willingness to participate in regular business trips countrywide;
Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English language, with the ability of simultaneous translation (Italian to English and v.v.);
MS Office proficiency;
Category B driver's license - active driver;
Discretion and confidentiality.
