1. Contrasto alla povertà educativa e accesso a un’educazione di qualità per bambine/i e adolescenti

2. Salute dei bambini, delle mamme e delle donne

3. Prevenzione e contrasto della violenza sulle donne e della violenza assistita

4. Supporto a comunità e famiglie in situazione di difficoltà o di disagio economico e sociale

5. Supporto umanitario in occasione di emergenze nazionali

Al contempo, WeWorld porta avanti programmi di sensibilizzazione sui temi dello sviluppo sostenibile, della educazione alla cittadinanza globale ed altri programmi nell’ambito dell’istruzione, formazione, mobilità, integrazione, cultura, protezione diritti umani, cittadinanza europea in collaborazione con partner italiani ed europei.

**Posizione**:
Nell’ambito di un rafforzamento dell’Area “Project Planning and Design” volto a rafforzare il posizionamento strategico del Dipartimento Communications, Research Center and Domestic & Global Awareness Programmes, WeWorld ricerca di una figura di **Project Planning and Design Expert** che sarà inserita nell’area progettazione e sarà supervisionata dal Coordinatore di Area.

Il/La **Project Planning and Design Expert **avrà il compito di occuparsi del processo della progettazione in tutte le sue fasi, contribuendo ad assicurare la stesura di nuovi programmi e progetti specifici nel rispetto degli obiettivi generali della Fondazione.

**Principali mansioni e responsabilità**

Nell’ambito del Dipartimento Communications, Research Center and Domestic & Global Awareness Programmes, nei confronti di donatori istituzionali, italiani, europei o internazionali e privati, il/la Project Planning and Design Expert sarà responsabile di:

- Monitorare in maniera puntuale ed efficace l’uscita di bandi, call e gare pubblicate dai principali donatori istituzionali
- Aggiornare costantemente e puntualmente gli strumenti per la valutazione e selezione dei bandi
- Supportare la raccolta, aggiornamento e capitalizzazione all’interno dell’organizzazione delle informazioni relative ai bandi e opportunità di sviluppo
- Redigere le nuove proposte progettuali identificate, in particolare valorizzando l’expertise specifica nell’ambito dell’educazione alla cittadinanza globale e sensibilizzazione, degli interventi sociali sui temi prioritari dell’organizzazione (bambini e adolescenti, donne, migranti, etc.)
- Collaborare alla raccolta di documenti e materiali utili per la presentazione delle proposte
- Predisporre schede informative, sintetiche e di aggiornamento volte alla costruzione di consorzi
- Occuparsi della predisposizione della documentazione necessaria alla presentazione della proposta
- Occuparsi di supervisionare, coordinare e sviluppare tutte le componenti della proposta progettuale (quadro logico, narrativo, budget, etc.)
- Occuparsi della gestione dei partenariati nell’ambito della redazione della proposta
- Occuparsi della raccolta e della selezione di dati, statistiche, ricerche e documentazione tematica utili alla redazione della proposta.
- Coordinarsi con gli altri collaboratori e collaboratrici dell’area e del dipartimento al fine di valorizzare competenze ed expertise specifiche

**Requisiti**:
**REQUISITI ESSENZIALI**

**Qualifiche e conoscenze**
- Laurea e/o Master in Scienze Politiche e Sociali, Antropologia, Psicologia, Pedagogia o affini
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti base della pianificazione (es. logical framework, budget)
- Buona conoscenza dei canali di finanziamento pubblici e privati (Fondazioni), italiani ed europei
- Ottima conoscenza degli Applicativi MSOffice
- Buona conoscenza parlata e scritta della lingua inglese

**Esperienze professionali**
- Almeno 8 anni in ruoli analoghi
- Esperienza pregressa nell’ambito di progetti sociali e/o di cittadinanza globale
