Il nostro cliente è un’importante società italiana produttiva operante a livello internazionale nel settore Automotive.
Per un potenziamento della struttura stiamo selezionando un/a Senior Legal Counsel a diretto riporto del General Counsel.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**

A diretto riporto del General Counsel la figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione delle attività societarie (consiglio, comitati, assemblee)
- Requisiti di legge e regolamentari delle società quotate (Consob, Borsa Italiana)
- Gestione delle attività di compliance
- Supporto alle funzioni interne in relazione alle questioni legali
- Revisione del contratto
- Gestione dei consulenti esterni
- Gestione di specifici aspetti legali nelle giurisdizioni in cui opera il gruppo
- Gestione delle problematiche legali con clienti, fornitori, terze parti
- Gestione del contenzioso
- Gestione dell'IP di gruppo
- Supporto in relazione ad operazioni straordinarie (m&a, dismissioni, ecc.)

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**

Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza;
Almeno 5 - 10 anni di esperienza presso contesti multinazionali all’interno di aziende di grandi dimensioni o all’interno di studi legali modernamente strutturati;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
