We are looking for a motivated **Accounting Intern** to join our Finance team in our Milan HQ.
- This position is also open to people belonging to protected categories - pursuant to Law 68/1999._

**Company Profile**

**What you will do**

Reporting to the Finance and Tax Manager, this internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in the accounting and finance field. It will comprise of general supporting in day-to-day accounting operations of our S.p.A Group. Specifically:

- Collaborate on the management of daily administrative tasks, conducting routine checks to ensure that financial processes are running smoothly.
- Help managing deadlines related to financial tasks.
- Order coordination, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Support on NetSuite management software.
- Contribute to the customization and configuration tasks within the ERP system, including creation or improvement of standardized reports.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper flow of information.
- Archive and maintain organized administrative documents.

**Personal profile**
- Diploma in Accounting or graduating/graduate in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Time management and proactivity
- Good command of written and spoken English
