**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: Marketplaces Acceleration Lead

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Contribute hands-on experience to the entire e-Retailers operations ecosystem, using tools and channels like Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, eBay, Glovo, among others.
- Support and coordinate the optimization/maintenance of product catalogue on e-Retailers in agreement with End Markets & Areas.
- Co-drive and coordinate Amazon operations from a Regional and Pan-EU perspective, focusing on performance optimization.
- Develop & implement a robust strategy for SEO Optimization, aiming BAT products to grow in Organic Relevance within e-Retailers.
- Identify Marketplaces data needs and develop new online reporting and monitoring solutions to optimize performance and track eRetailers key performance indicators.
- Develop the evolution of the Data Service Pillar within the Growth Hub, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Implement data-based strategies to enhance conversion using e-Retailers conversion tools

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum 4 years operational experience in e-commerce operations, marketplaces management
- Successful execution of online trade strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- End-to-end project management skills
- Knowledge on main e-commerce and digital metrics
- Strong English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field
- A Master’s degree is considered a plus
