**Main tasks**:
- **Operations and communications necessary for the advancement and completion of certification processes**: This includes, for example: the preparation of certificate forms/drafts for schemes not completely managed within the operating IT systems, management of requests for audit deadline extensions, preparation of proposals and documents for suspensions, revocations and renunciations for reasons attributable to aspects of planning (e.g. failure to carry out audits within the expected deadlines).
- **Continous Improvement**: Set of activities aimed at monitoring and improving the efficiency of the various processes that contribute to the provision of customer service. It consists of the following main phases: research and analysis of any slowdowns or inefficiencies, identification of root causes and proposal of corrective actions or opportunities for improvement.
These initiatives are managed with the use of techniques and tools shared with the work group and developed individually or through team work.

- Microsoft Office knowledge: intermediate level. In particular, Excel: ability to use Pivot, advanced graphing, functions etc.
- English: intermediate level.
