GREENFIELD DEVELOPEMENT KEY ACCOUNT
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all’interno del team di tecnici che si occupa della valutazione di nuovi siti ove autorizzare e realizzare impianti di produzione di energia da fonte rinnovabile (principalmente solare).
La risorsa in affiancamento al tutor e con progressiva autonomia si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Scouting di opportunità di realizzare nuovi impianti green field sia attraverso l’acquisizione di titoli in fase di autorizzazione sia partendo da “terreno”;
- Valutazione e acquisizione terreni agricoli e industriali idonei all’installazione di impianti fotovoltaici;
- Attività commerciali di trattativa e di negoziazione con privati clienti ed enti esterni;
- Predisposizionedella documentazione necessaria per gli organi deliberanti interni ed esterni con il supporto dell’area legale;
- Valutazione e tracciatura terreni e screening area.
- Laurea in Economia/Finanza e/o in Ingegneria, sia triennale che quinquennale Indirizzo Architettura, Ingegneria Civile, Ambientale;
- Costituisce un plus l’Esperienza pregressa nel settore come commerciale come agente immobiliare o la provenienza da studi tecnici;
- Ottime doti comunicative e di problem solving.
