**What you’ll do**:
The Segment Marketing Specialist cooperates actively with relevant local sales teams and the local marketing team to agree on business strategies for supported industry Segments, defines Segment´s marketing strategy and target audiences, develops and executes a marketing plan to support the agreed long-term business strategies and achieve marketing and sales budget goals for the supported Segment on the annual basis.

He/she knows the market and analyzes big data market information, competitor analysis (e.g. win-loss analysis for country) & country volumes & share.

He/she is responsible for Country Segment content support (technical prescription etc ), manages the digital content and supports the management of customer data integrity together with digital marketing.

He/she owns the segment lead management process (lead generation and management, follow-up with sales, continuous improvement).

He/she defines Segment partner strategy and implement it with third party companies. He/she deploys partner programs relevant for the Segment.

He/she owns local Segment events.

He/she is the owner of the Segment Media Buying campaigns (strategy and target definition, content localization/production, ROI analysis).

He/she is the PR spokesperson in targeted Segment.

He/she drives content localization on country site page and Segment SEO strategy implementation.

He/she manages the Segment local budget in agreement with the marketing manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, marketing, communications, business or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing positions. Knowledge of the Segment customer needs and purchase drivers. Understanding of the competitive advantages of Eaton portfolio to engage partners, customers, local sales.
- Previous experience in Energy Transition markets very beneficial.
- Experience working with international cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.

**Skills**:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills and networking capabilities, to instill confidence to colleagues and customers.
- Self-starter, independent contributor, team worker.
- Result driven, data driven and digitally evolved. Very good numeracy and analytical skills including knowledge of reporting. Creative and enthusiast approach to problem solving.
- Time management.
