_We-Unit Group S.p.A., società leader nella Mediazione Creditizia, ricerca per la propria sede di Villanova d'Albenga (SV) una risorsa da inserire per il ruolo di:_
- **Legal & Compliance Specialist**_
- **Attività previste per il ruolo**:_
- Revisione accordi contrattuali;_
- Gestione attività interne in ambito data protection, con supporto del DPO di Gruppo;_
- Customer Satisfaction: chiamate in outbound alla clientela per la verifica della soddisfazione dei clienti e conseguenti attività di analisi, azioni di rimedio e reporting interno;_
- Controlli di secondo livello in ambito Compliance (analisi delle evidenze prodotte dai sistemi di controllo, individuazione eventuali carenze e definizione azioni di mitigazione del rischio, reporting dei controlli svolti) su tutte le aree normative applicabili (trasparenza, data protection, antiriciclaggio, ecc);_
- Gestione dei reclami._
- **Requisiti richiesti**:_
- neolaureati o laureandi in giurisprudenza o cultura equivalente;_
- buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione;_
- predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo;_
- attitudine alla programmazione delle attività, capacità di sintesi e di lavorare con puntualità rispetto alle scadenze._
