OX2 Technical and Commercial Management (TCM) is now looking for a Hybrid Asset Manager to manage our client’s wind power assets while also strengthening our development team by supporting in land management. You will have a very important role in our team, where we strive for long-term and efficient growth of the management of large scale reneable assets.

This position is open in several locations in Italy.

OX2 TCM is one of the largest renewable energy asset managers in Europe, with a track record of more than 15 years´ and Technical and Commercial Management contracts for 4,8 GW renewable energy assets. **Working as an Hybrid Asset Manger in OX2**

As Hybrid Asset Manager in OX2 TCM, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business within your area of responsibility (wind farms initially but then also PV and BESS) by working closely together with the Commercial Management team, as well as with the Site Management, Accounting Management and Reporting teams.

You will also be able to grow deliver value in our Development team by supporting in land management questions to enable a smooth transition and a long term operational perspective also in the development phase.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Be the customer manager (main point of contact) for large customers and coordinate communication and relations with them for their wind farms.
- Develop our long-term relationship with our customers through a proactive delivery of services based on their requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery from Accounting team towards the Client
- Ensure efficient and proactive operation of the assets together with experienced colleagues through planning, analysis and follow up.
- Ensure legal and permit compliance for the customers’ wind farms.
- Act as the point of contact towards authorities, landowners, local stakeholders etc.
- Manage and follow up on all contracted services for the wind farms. Lead procurement and re-negotiations of contracts with suppliers when needed.
- Coordination and management of technical investigations that may involve third party experts, contractors/suppliers as well as legal advisors.
- Plan, budget and follow up on activities in the customers’ wind farm.
- Participate in initiatives for process development within the team.
- Support the Development team with land management activities to ensure an operational perspective and a smooth handover between the different phases.
- Support the Development Project Manager in contacting landowners, prepare land lease agreement drafts, negotiate and ensure agreements being signed by both parties.
- Responsible for land agreements and landowner information being entered, stored and constantly updated in the Land Management Support System (OX2 internal system).
- Arrange landowner meetings during all project phases to keep them informed about the project and it´s progress and be available for questions from landowners.
- Due diligence, from land management point of view, of projects to be acquired.
- Update data rooms with required documentation.

**About You**

We believe that you have at least 3+ years relevant work experience and that you are a self-going person with a high sense of ownership for what you do. You are a strong communicator, well organized and have the leadership abilities to manage a high-quality delivery to our customers by the support from knowledgeable colleagues, where you would act as a link between the business perspective and the technical side.
- Your qualifications and experience:_
- Higher education with technical and/or commercial/contractual focus
- 3+ years of work experience with similar tasks, previous experience from energy or wind/PV industry.
- Good language proficiency in Italian and English
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems and the Office package (especially Excel) and SharePoint
- Hands on and solution-oriented mindset with high sense of ownership
