**Job Description**:
Our Mission

We are currently looking for an Online Indirect Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic eBusiness team based in Milan. Reporting to the Digital Business Director, He/She will be responsible for supporting the Online Indirect Sales (e-tailers, marketplaces, e-concessions, etc.) in the day-to-day activities and the global management of the Pomellato and Dodo online partnerships. She/He will aim to be the e-commerce ambassador for our online partnerships, with the goal to maximize sales and profitability. This role closely partners with other key functions within the sales, operations and marketing teams.

How you will contribute- Work with our digital partners to maximize sales and profitability.- Support the Digital Business Director in scouting new digital partnerships and business opportunities worldwide.- Work with the legal team for new contracts negotiation.- Work with Sales Merchandising and Customer Services teams on assortment selection and to ensure that products are in the right place at the right time.- Ensure the readiness of products by collating assets such as product imagery and descriptions from the relevant teams.- Responsible for ensuring that products are launched on time, sending product data to the digital partnerships in the required format, and ensuring data is accurate and in line with stock availability.- Conduct daily site walk-throughs on all partnerships websites, optimize the on-site product journey.- Carry out regular competitor analysis to identify risks and opportunities to review how our brand sites with competitors and present how this affects trade. This includes product ranges, prices, discounts, product display and width of offer.- Special project management (coordination with retail team).- Weekly/monthly reporting, analyzing partner performance, and highlighting any trade and stock opportunities/risk.

Who you are- At least 4 years’ relevant experience in an e-commerce role.- Wholesale experience is a plus.- Luxury experience mandatory.- Mastery of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)- Strong analytical skills and attention to details- Flexibility, problem solving and negotiation attitude- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at C-levels.- Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude- Strong team player, able to work flexibly to support the team where required- Fluent in English and Italian. French is a plus.
