LeasePlan Italia, è alla ricerca di n. 1 Sales Support Indirect Channel da inserire all’interno della Direzione Commerciale. Il ruolo, basato a Milano, riporta allo SME & Private Indirect Sales Manager.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:
Scopo della posizione è quello di assicurare l'erogazione dei servizi commerciali di supporto alla vendita per il mercato indiretto, i partner commerciali ed i clienti di competenza, sulla base della strategia commerciale definita da LeasePlan.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:
Assicurare lo svolgimento delle attività operative di supporto alla vendita e di interfaccia front office per i partner commerciali:

- registrazione e modifica delle anagrafiche clienti;
- gestione delle modifiche al contratto;
- ricalcoli, inserimento ordini, apertura delle richieste di valutazione del credito;
- richieste di informazioni di natura commerciale, rinnovi, subentri.

Garantire la risoluzione dei reclami e delle richieste di informazioni ricevute dai Clienti e/o Driver (CRM).

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA’ - ATTITUDINI:

- Laurea triennale ad indirizzo economico;
- Consolidata conoscenza del mercato automotive / fleet mobility;
- Buona conoscenza delle normative e dei servizi collegati;
- Conoscenza dei processi di customer care;
- Esperienza nella proposizione di soluzioni orientate al Cliente;
- Orientamento al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione trasversale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- IBM, buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
