L’Impresa Pizzarotti & C. **Posizione**:
L’IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., impresa di costruzioni generali, con cantieri in Italia e all’estero, ricerca **Tender Technical Coordinator/Infrastructure **per potenziamento del Tender Department.

A riporto del Responsabile Infrastrutture Italia, la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Coordinamento dell'attività di predisposizione dell'offerta técnica: dall'analisi preliminare alla formulazione finale;
- Analisi delle peculiarità tecniche del progetto e relativa sintesi nei modelli aziendali (presentazione iniziativa e sintesi delle proposte tecniche);
- Coordinamento tecnico dei consulenti esterni, dei vari subappaltatori coinvolti, e di tutte le Funzioni Aziendali che contribuiscono alla redazione dell'offerta técnica;
- Analisi e sviluppo dell'offerta técnica con specifica attenzione ai temi della cantierizzazione, fasi di esecuzione e logística;
- Sviluppo degli approfondimenti tecnici necessari per meglio rispondere alle richieste specifiche esplicitate nel bando di gara e analisi del technical value engineering per l'ottimizzazione dei costi;
- Esecuzione di sopralluoghi e partecipazione ai meeting tecnici con Committenti, partner e consulenti tecnici;
- Coordinamento, sviluppo e finalizzazione della proposta técnica di offerta nei tempi e modi previsti dal bando.

**Requisiti**:
Per l'adeguata copertura della posizione sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile (o equipollente);
- Pregressa esperienza in ufficio tecnico nell'ambito di cantieri di infrastrutture e/o esperienza pregressa nello sviluppo tecnico di offerte per gare di appalto;
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali;
- Ottima abilità di utilizzo dei software di disegno tecnico (Autocad);
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di modellazione BIM e dei software di pianificazione
- sarà considerato un plus;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

Completano il profilo:

- Capacità organizzative e di gestione di più compiti contemporaneamente, e spiccata attitudine al problem solving;
- Capacità di prendere iniziative autonomamente in funzione al ruolo e alle attività;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di gestione dei rapporti interpersonali, e propensione al lavoro in team.
