We are looking for an **Early phase planning & R&D Budget Management **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of R&D Strategy & Projects coordination**
You will have the responsibility to manage the following activities:
- project settings and cost optimization: able to estimate the total costs of a project taking in consideration labour cost, materials, equipment and time.
- Yearly R&D budget and work force planning: able to estimate work force vs workload in order to complete the activities.
- Value analysis: able to determinate whether the cost of a particular development is justified by the value it provides.
- Risk analysis.
- Performance management: able to track project performance with KPI's and report project progress.
- Documentation: ensures updating project plans, schedules, reports.
**About you**
- Bachelor or master degree in related field as Engineering and/or Business Administration
- At least 4 years’ experience in Automotive
- Proficient MS Office
- Planning and decision making
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
- Being dynamic and flexible
- Smart-thinking
- Good approach to interfunctional team-work and good relational skills
