**Mission**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in running projects for the International Financing Institutions in the field of energy transition, SME (small medium enterprises) competitiveness, gender parity, agribusiness value chain
- Active interaction with the client aimed at both project deliveries and commercial opportunities identification and development
- Support in elaboration and revision of technical reports for International Financing Institutions related to Green Financing and SME competitiveness
- Interaction with local and international consultants in the countries of operations and assure the whole project standard of quality
- Develop new project opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals and cost estimates
- Support the team in general management of the projects meeting client’s requests
- Stay abreast of regulations and best practices related to product quality and safety, environment and health and safety of SME

**Qualifications**:

- Passion and interest in learning and in giving contribution in the energy transition field and in topics related to gender empowerment especially in the context of a just transition.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English both oral and written, a third language will be considered as a plus;
- Ability to write well structured, concise and well-reasoned reports, proposals and documents
- Availability for short business trips within and outside EU
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point

**Education**:
University Degree (preferably engineering or economy)
