Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.

As a Shipping Specialist you will manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers, understandin concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods, managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Operation Plans.
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with good experience in Logistics).
- Display strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to work independently, with strong problem solving skills.
- Be fluent in English and Italian and hold an EU passport
