**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**
**Descrizione del lavoro**
La figura professionale ricercata, in collaborazione con un team di colleghi, fungerà da anello di congiunzione con il reparto Logistica e la Direzione Generale Vendite occupandosi della gestione degli ordini nazionali ed internazionali; nello specifico la risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:
- Ricezione e gestione (tracciamento e logística) ordini;
- Verifica delle condizioni di vendita in vigore;
- Gestione contatto con cliente (aziende GDO, Farmacie, acquirenti e-commerce) e gestione reclami;
- Gestione archivio informatizzato, inserimento anagrafiche e listini clienti;
- Reportistica-KPI;
- Emissione di fatture e note di credito.
**Descrizione del lavoro**
I requisiti richiesti per lo svolgimento del ruolo sono i seguenti:
- Diploma in Ragioneria o titolo equipollente;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o spagnola;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo;
- Buona conoscenza del software SAP.
**Dopo un primo periodo di formazione ed affiancamento è prevista la possibilità di Smart Workind per 1 giorno a settimana.**
**Tipologia di assunzione**: Contratto a tempo indeterminato
**Retribuzione**: 25-35 K da commisurare al profilo e all'esperienza + 2K premio produzione annuo + Ticket 6 euro + Welfare aziendale
**Orario di Lavoro**: Lun-Ven | 40h settimanali
