La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Business Unit Certificazione-Area Centro Sud ed entrerà a far parte del team Commerciale dedicato ai Rinnovi dei Certificati con focus sulla Regione Toscana.
In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Emissione offerte di rinnovi in scadenza, mass market e large client;
- Contatto telefonico con il cliente, interfaccia con il responsabile di commessa, i comitati tecnici di riferimento e con le altre funzioni preposte (es. ufficio pianificazione, fatturazione) per il coordinamento dei servizi erogati.
Il ruolo sarà fortemente dinamico all’interno del team in quanto la risorsa sarà coinvolta proattivamente nelle dinamiche del processo commerciale con riunioni di allineamento e confronto continuo con il team dislocato nelle varie regioni del Centro Sud.
