**Posizione**:
Per la nostra Business Line dedicata alle Digital Solutions, all'interno del nostro Centro di Competenza Microsoft, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di **IT** **Licensing Specialist** con esperienza in contabilità clienti: nel governo degli economics, nella gestione di offerte di licenza e commesse.

Più in particolare ti occuperai di:

- supporto alle figure sales nella preparazione di proposte/offerte di vendita di licenze, servizi e consulenze;
- acquisto licenze e loro rinnovo periodico; dovrai monitorare le scadenze e procedere in tempo utile con i rinnovi dei contratti scaduti;
- inserimento ordini; gestirai i processi di nuovi acquisti a fronte di nuovi ordini e dismissione ordini esistenti;
- apertura e monitoraggio commesse sulle quali le risorse possano rendicontare le attività mensili svolte; gestirai l'avanzamento costi e ricavi.
- controllo rendicontazioni;
- fatturazione ai clienti;
- apertura Richieste e Ordini Di Acquisto - RDA/ODA;
- gestione anagrafiche clienti;
- archiviazione documentale, compilazione scadenzari e aggiornamento del censimento di tutti i contratti e relativi ambienti.

**Requisiti**:

- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente con l'utilizzo di prodotti Microsoft (es. MS Dynamics 365 F&O) per il mondo Azure;
- precisione, affidabilità, problem solving.
- Nice to have:_
- formazione a stampo amministrativo/contabile (diploma di Ragioneria, Amministrazione-Finanza&Marketing, o equipollenti);
- conoscenza portale TD-Synnex.
