Family Twist is a luxury tourism company. We create unique tailor-made holidays in Europe for families who want to share unforgettable moments of culture and fun. We are looking for an intern for the position of Travel Design and operations assistant.
Duties
Your main tasks will be to assist the Operations and Travel Design teams in the day-to-day management of the trips. You will be at the heart of our service quality process.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Ensure that the various service providers are confirmed and ready for their activities.
- Assist customers during their stay
- Send out the necessary support material for each Italian destination
- Monitor and manage equipment stocks
- Book tickets for customer activities
- Place and confirm options with our partners
- Assist with the production of travel documents for our customers' stays.
- Build the most suited itineraries for our families in Europe
Interested in the fields of luxury and family tourism, you must be fluent in English - the mother tongue of all our customers. Italian is a plus.
Profile
You will be part of a demanding and dynamic team, committed to offering its customers a service that meets the very high standards of the luxury sector, often in a hurry, and with the utmost confidentiality.
- Have an excellent level of written and spoken English. Italian and French would be a real plus.
- An interest in the world of families.
- Knowledge of the tourism sector.
- Autonomous, resourceful, responsible, dynamic
- Organized and rigorous
- Organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and quality of service.
- Common sense and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Be at ease with talking over the phone in multiple languages and to different targets
When: Anytime from January 2024
Duration: 4-6 months
Location: The internship is based in our Rome office (Italy).
Job type: Full-time, Internship
**Salary**: Legal hourly rate under French internship agreement
