**About the Business**
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Intern located in Rome.
- Gain proficiency on company systems, to cooperate with Operations and Customer Service teams
- Provide support in creating and confirming services reservations with our suppliers, in order to provide our customers with a great holiday experience
- Support suppliers and relevant people in charge on the road with our customers, to solve issues and grant a smooth experience for everyone
- Be ready to act as a team player, showing the flexibility to adapt in multiple circumstances, working with different teams and helping in emergency situations
- Provide support in different languages as required (Italian, Chinese and English are a must for this internship)
- Internship on 6 months basis
- Ability to multitask and handle customers' queries and complaints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others effectively
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Italian, English and Chinese
