**Position Summary**
Accountable for developing IPRF sales and market shares within Benelux and DACH. Provide the technical & commercial expertise to either support the local distributor or prospect directly targeted customers to generate organic growth, especially in new technologies (Hydrogen). Work with the Sales Mgr and local Parker team to develop tactical sales action plans. Accountable for deploying growth plan into targeted prospects & customers to achieve sales growth.
**Responsibilities**
MAIN DUTIES Key contact for Platform Sales Manager & GSL. Accountable for achieving / beating budget & generating organic growth, by implementation of the divisional growth plan within Benelux and DACH. Follow up the execution of the Divisional Growth Plan & to provide regular feedback to Sales Mger IPRF. Work with & request Division input & support when required. Suggest strategic & tactical actions to improve market penetration for the divisions' products. Provide feedback to the S.Mgr on New products, Pricing, Competitors, Developments, Markets requirements etc. Participate in New Products launches, training and product obsolescence for the division. Prepare the budgets / sales action plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager. Support Marcom & sales events in conjunction with the Divisions and the local Sales Co. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Sales growth through execution & deployment of country growth plan. Growth of market share within Benelux and DACH. Ensure the development of distributor’s / Key partners’ products & market knowledge. Introduction & Feedback of new products. Regular reporting of progress to plan & budget & explanation of variances. Suggestions to correct any negative variance from plan.
