**Financial Controller**:

**Presentation of** job position**:
**Responsibilities**:
The main role of the **Financial controller is to implement the data analysis and to control the tools for providing a constant monitoring of the KPIs company in each department.** The profile **works directly with the CFO and the CEO**.

Therefore, the main goals to be achieved:

- have a complete and detailed picture of the company's economic and financial situation through a **reporting system**, in order to monitor the profitability of each activity;
- ** suggest** **measures to improve** internal processes, to support the Management.

Consequently, the main responsibilities of the Financial Controller are:

- Management of administrative-accounting, financial and control activities;
- Management of tax and regulatory activities;
- Development of a management control system, able of highlighting the best possible investment opportunities and directing the company towards those;
- Interact with credit institutions, financial operators, external consultants and auditing companies;
- Reporting.

- The goal is, therefore, to **find a Financial Controller who will be prepared to be Chief Financial Officer**, called to support the Board in identifying growth strategies and monitoring them.

**Requirements**:
Requirements are as follow:

- ** Degree in economics with a grade of not less than 100/110;**:

- ** 3/4 years experience in the same role** within national and international companies and / or in consulting and auditing companies (the experiences carried out within one of the so-called Big Four will be evaluated as pluses, in the context of auditing);
- Excellent competence in management control;
- ** Knowledge of English, both written and spoken fluently**;
- ** Familiarity** with the use of the main **IT software**.
