For a prestigious 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of Rome, we are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest experience. The hotel is going through a period of renovation and will reopen its doors in October 2024.

**Responsibilities**:
Management of food and beverage team, including recruiting and training of new members
Supervising day-to-day operations and management of the inventory
Ensuring an outstanding guest experience and satisfaction, attentively addressing customers' feedback and implementing changes as necessary.
Menu management
Implementing cost-control strategies to optimize profitability
Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and revenue targets for the food and beverage department.
Analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-effective measures

Work experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing
Knowledge of the industry trends, customer preferences, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills
A Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
