**About the role**:
The Cloud Service Architect is a leading role in Orange Service model and organization. This professional shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud computing infrastructure that meet the specific needs of customer or our internal organizations.

**The main responsibilities of the Tech Lead - Cloud Service Architect include**:
Building Design: professional and efficient development of new service construction and/or improvement plans that support continuous service improvement needs as well as new Customers’ service and business needs or design requirements. Design team and process/integration management assessing cost related to service design options

End-to-end service and quality management: drive infrastructure operations and cloud initiatives. Work closely with multi-team technical resources and stakeholders to ensure systems function and that outages are dealt with rapidly and effectively. Support end-to-end systems infrastructure design, capacity planning and performance management, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. Develop, disseminate, and maintain best practices in support of operational excellence and standards compliance. Drive continuous improvement and introduction of ‘best practices’ into all areas of process, metrics, and performance

Service transfer to Operation: mainly responsible of Transition and Operational Phase of the Service Lyfecycle, ensures that the platform and services are built and properly transfer to operation with all the needed quality standard and best practices in compliance with ITIL.

**About you**:

- At least 8 years of experience in the design and management of complex projects and IT solutions.
- Experienced in managing private cloud (VMware), public cloud (Microsoft Azure), and hybrid cloud platform.
- Devops capabilities: Ansible, Terraform
- Automation capabilities: automating operational activities and cloud infrastructure management tasks through PowerShell, bash, and python
- Infrastructure management: Virtualization Engineer and Networking capabilities on the following Cloud technologies (Virtualization, Storage, Cloud management platforms, Cloud APIs), with knowledge of Dell VxBlock Cloud, “hands-on” competencies on vSphere, NSX (V/T), vROPs, Zerto virtual replication, Commvault, Veeam and/or Veritas Netbackup solution, Storage DELL Unity, Isilon environment required
- Certifications (i.e. CCA, CCC, ITIL, ISO27K, VMware VCP, VMware NSX-T, MS Azure) are a plus
- Master´s degree
- Customer-centric approach with a willingness to learn
- Team player
- Fluent in English
- Experience in an international environment

**Additional information**:
Cloud Service Architect may be called upon to participate in non-business hours operations, targeted at maintaining and improving the service quality. A suitable training program will be proposed to ensure continuous development of the competencies required for the job.
