We are looking for a **Junior** **Digital Producer** to focus on Moncler' Digital Production in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy.

**Your Impact**:
As a Digital Production Assistant, you would play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of digital projects within Moncler. You would be responsible for curating and managing high-quality content across various platforms and that the content aligns with the brand’s image and resonates with its target audience.

**Activities**:

- Managing the shooting calendar for our technical shooting for our sales campaigns, operational management of the set, and the uploading of content on DAM software
- Coordinating castings and daily management of the studio
- Supporting with coordination and management of shootings
- Approving retouched images on DAM and controlling reports for online images
- Supporting the development of the workflow

**Who We Are Looking For**

**Main Qualifications**:

- 3 years’ experience in working with design teams or in similar roles
- English & Italian
- Previous experience with shooting or image archiving software (e.g., Chalco, Thron, etc.) would be preferable
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Professional use of Excel. Nice to have: Ppt, InDesign and Photoshop

- A determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging and creative approach to work
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
- Able to build meaningful relations across multiple departments
