**Mission**:
Technical Recruiters are in charge of sourcing, recruiting, and managing applicants for a variety of technical positions, mainly for the Aerospace & Defence, Electronics, Computer Science, Automotive engineering businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Project Managers / hiring managers in recruiting technicians requested by the clients during the proposal phase or on call
- Drawing up and advertising the job description on RINA Careers (through the ATS) and the available job boards
- Promoting offline campaign to research, and creating a resource pool available to react to any new job requests or tenders as they arise
- Managing and updating the databases
- Participating in Career Events and Employer branding activities
- Keeping a strong relationship with the HR function.

**Experience**:

- Belonging to the special categories pursuant to Law 68/99 art. 1
- At least 6 months of significant professional experience in similar or related businesses
- Fluent English
- IT literate in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and problem solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Economics
Other in Foreign Language or Literature
