**Mission**:
Contract review and litigation
**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out regulatory and case law research and provide opinions mainly on contractual matters.
- Support the business in analysing contracts - including non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, joint venture agreements, contracts for the provision of the main services of the Group, settlement agreements - proposing possible amendments or additions to the relevant clauses, taking in due account both the applicable law and the business requests.
- Draft power of attorneys.
- Handle third-party foreclosure deeds.
- Analyse claim letters and drafting replies.

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
