We are currently seeking for a Trade Compliance Support who will report to the Trade Compliance Manager, as part of our dynamic team in Trecate (Novara).
**Job Description**:
- Your opportunity_
You will support the Trade Compliance Manager in all compliance related activities for the Kering Group Brands, in compliance with company policies and the laws of the importing country.
- How you will contribute_Support the Trade Compliance Manager in the collection of customs information and documentation to be provided to customs brokers, regions and customer service in order to guarantee the import customs ops, with daily contact with brand’s production and development department-
- Work closely with Brands production departments establishing a mutual and long-lasting collaboration, in order to manage products information about new collections-
- Support the Trade Compliance Manager in collecting information and documentation relating to dangerous goods and Safety Data Sheets-
- Record, monitor and analyze key performance indicators of article master data compliance within operations-
- Provide guidance to Kering brands during the certification processes necessary for the import and sale of products in specific countries (high risk countries)-
- Support the Trade Compliance Manager in mapping and monitoring worldwide trade compliance requirements for core business products and special projects developed by Kering Brands-
- Support the Trade Compliance Manager in developing of guidelines and implementation of procedures and processes, guiding where necessary the internal and external stakeholders involved- Who you _
- are_You have a bachelor’s degree, a master's degree will be considered as a plus-
- You are an expert in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point, and suitable to learn new IT systems and tools-
- You are a positive team player who is passionate about the fashion industry-
- You have excellent diplomatic and communication skills, and can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders-
- You are a problem solver with proven multitasking skills and who is able to prioritize workload-
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.- Why _
