**Job Description**:
Within the Gucci Tech Department, we're looking for a talented and ambitious Tech Core Collection Business Solution Leader.
Reporting to the Gucci Tech Core Collection Manager, he/she will be responsible for the day to day relationships with business, ensuring consistency in engagement across the business, acting as translators and mediators between IT operations and the business.
He/she will conduct business process analysis, needs assessments and functional analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Manages relationships effectively with KUser and Tech colleagues.
- Conduct functional analysis of business domains and related business processes or systems.
- Define and document customer business functions and processes.
- Identify the most appropriate solution to respond to business issues and needs, involving the relevant resources of the area.
- Analyze the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
- Manage and ensure the success of the feasibility studies, according to the methodology.
- Closely work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality.
- Collect feedback and feedforward from the business.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of collection development processes in luxury or fashion industry
- Good knowledge of Information Systems of Leather Goods and Shoes manufacturing
- Scientific degree (preferred)
- 2/3 years experiences in luxury or fashion industry or TECH (preferred)
