**Job Description**:
Within the Gucci Tech Department, we're looking for a talented and ambitious Tech Industrial Solutions Leader.
Reporting to the Gucci Tech Industrial Operations Senior Manager, you’ll support the day to day management of Tech Industrial Operations teams, the definition and improvement of internal processes and the management of complex cross-teams IT Projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and conduct the control activities aimed at verifying that GTech Industrial Operations’ teams operate in accordance with management models and internal standards
- Support the definition and improvement of GTech Industrial Operations internal processes in accordance with requirements and constraints defined by the GTech Industrial Operations Senior Manager
- Manage GTech Industrial Operations cross-team Projects and/or ensure that they are managed in accordance with a unique project vision and goals
- Monitor and control Projects and Service performance, detecting potential issues and proposing possible improvement actions.
Job Requirements
- Scientific degree in IT or Management Engineer / Management Information Systems or equivalent
- Ideally 2/3 years of experience in Luxury/Fashion (Tech department preferred)
- Good knowledge of Project management principles and methodologies and involvement in large-sized cross-functional projects in complex companies
- Good relationship and process analysis skills in environments characterized by process dynamism and fast reaction
- Good knowledge of Information Systems in process analysis and evolution
- Good knowledge of functional and technical architecture of infrastructures and platforms
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft package
- Fluent in both Italian & English
- Experience in Reporting and Monitoring business performance would be an asset
- Experience in managing budgeting and accounting activities would be an asset
