About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Digital Enterprise Architect to join our prestigious luxury fashion brand, Guccio Gucci S.p.A. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital direction and driving technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture and Design: Participate in the definition of the architecture and design of our new e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and digital transformation agenda.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce solutions.
  • Architectural Governance: Oversee the technical decision-making process, ensuring robust architectural governance and adherence to best practices.
  • Enterprise Architecture Vision: Ensure the cohesion of the enterprise architecture vision across the digital ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership: Lead without authority, mentor and guide senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Technical Roadmap: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with the product vision and business objectives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously drive innovation and improvement within the digital department.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in different roles within technology and architecture, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior technical position.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience in building and deploying e-commerce platforms and their components, including integration patterns at an enterprise level and associated challenges.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English required. Italian is a strong plus.
