**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

✍️**Cosa Richiediamo?**
- Laurea Magistrale ingegneria elettronica o meccatronica o delle telecomunicazioni
- Almeno **1 anno** di esperienza come **test engineer o V&V engineer**:

- Esperienza di strumentazione di laboratorio come Oscilloscopi/Multimetri
- Hai una forte passione per il settore Aerospace
- Parli fluentemente italiano ed inglese
- Eccellentiabilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare efficacemente all'interno del team.

**Cosa farai?**
- Testing e validazione di sistemi arospaziali
- Testing e validazione di sistemi radar
- Definizione ad alto livello, a stretto contetto con il team di system engineer, dei requisiti di integrazione
- Adozione delle best practice di sviluppo e sicurezza per garantire la conformità alle normative del settore aerospaziale
- Lavorerai in contesti internaizonali con le migliori tecnologie del settore, in laboratori di ultima generazione.
