In this role you will work to support the HSE & Sustainable team. This team define the strategies to reach the HSE & Sustainable targets. You will be the contact person for topics such as environmental&waste management, health&safety&energy efficiency. You will also be required to support the Health and Safety aspect of all the projects. Contract: stage

**This position reports to**:
Sustainability Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Help to lead behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and competence initiatives. Aid in spreading best practices, coordinating reporting on HSE performance and assisting in delivery of the HUB program.
- Work across functions to raise awareness and engage with employees to build credibility for the Sustainable program.
- Documentation&maintenance of processes for the HSE&Sustainability department. Prepare and create documentation for reporting on implemented sustainability projects for internal and external communication purposes.
- Collect, analyze and report on HSE performance, identify problems and make suggestions to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
- Development of processes in the areas of sustainability in coordination with management representatives.
- Support the departments on waste disposal issues, draw up concepts for the separation of recyclable materials by type and for the transfer of sites to a circular economy.
- Support product certifications regarding sustainability aspects. Support the Implementation of measures within the scope of certification according to DIN EN ISO 50001 as well as preparation of repeat certifications; fulfilment of the documentation obligations of ISO 50.001 and 14.001 for the Sustainability department.

**Your background**:

- Technical diploma or degree in engineering (electrical, environmental, mechanical, electronic, management);
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, energy efficiency, e-mobility, DIN ISO 50001 - energy management system;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluent English and Italian;
- A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and oral communication skills.
