**Job Description**:
Missione del Ruolo

Principali Mansioni
- Definizione di un modello di ricerca condivisa di soluzioni a supporto dei diversi progetti di economia circolare
- Definizione di un modello di logística circolare e ottimizzazione dei canali di riuso e riciclo
- Attività di esplorazione dell’ecosistema innovativo alla ricerca di opportunità nel perimetro dell’economia circolare
- Coordinamento di attività con startup e partner esterni per lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti/processi
- Attività di Project management riferite ai progetti di innovazione e sperimentazione di prodotti circolari e rendicontazione delle attività del progetto (tempi, persone e costi) e preparazione dei documenti di presentazione degli stati di avanzamento del progetto verso gli stakeholder

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o materie scientifiche
- Preferibile percorso di studi con focus su economia circolare/ sustainability/gestione dell’innovazione
- Conoscenza di principi di project management
- Conoscenza dei processi logistici
- Ottimo utilizzo di Office, in particolare Excel ed Access
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Capacità di analisi, di organizzazione e di risoluzione dei problemi
- Ottime capacità relazionali e propensione al lavoro di squadra
- Flessibilità e adattabilità al cambiamento
