TECHNICAL ADVISOR _ HIGH WATCHES BOUTIQUE _ MILANO

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di Luxury Boutique leader mondiale dell'alta orologeria, situata sul centro di Milano.

In particolare, si occuperà della gestione e fidelizzazione della clientela, con principale attenzione dedicata ad attività di customer service ed after sales;
sarà inoltre il punto di riferimento per un approfondimento tecnico sul prodotto sia per il cliente che per il team di vendita.
Avrà focus particolare sulla diagnosi e revisione del prodotto, si occuperà di piccole riparazioni, sostituzioni pile/cinturini, messa a misura bracciali, intervento sui meccanismi al primissimo step e confronto con la Sede per eventuali cambi o riparazioni.

Richiesto approccio consulenziale al cliente, predisposizione allo storytelling e maturato know how tecnico sul prodotto orologeria di lusso.

È necessaria OTTIMA conoscenza della LINGUA INGLESE.

Completano il profilo presenza buona e curata, standing ordinato, solarità, affidabilità e serietà, orientamento alle relazioni.
