We are looking for a WOMAN LEATHERGOODS RETAIL MERCHANDISER based in MILAN.

**JOB MISSION**:
The Woman Leathergoods Retail Merchandiser will be involved in the definition of the guidelines during the sales campaign and the monitoring of in-season activities.

**Definitions**:
**Sales campaign guidelines**: define the buying strategy to build up the collection according to the themes of the collection and the local market needs.

**Targeted in-season activities**: ensure the consistency between the brand image and the collection, and react to the market trends.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To support in the creation of focused merchandising guidelines matching global strategy and local needs.
To monitor buying activities during the sales campaign for all Regions
To consistently analyze in season sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and stock control to maximize product opportunities in the assigned category.
To monitor constantly correct assignment of seasonality of retail catalogue in assigned category (flagging list)
To liaise with the Visual Merchandising to ensure that windows and in store image match corporate guidelines
To partner with the Retail and Merchandising teams in the Regions to manage in store events

**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 3 years experience in Fashion/luxury brands;
Strong retail math and analytical skills required;
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Effective communication skills;
Excellent proficiency in Excel
English Fluent.
