**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
The figure we are looking for will support the team Digitalsales to:

- monitoring sales managed by the call centre provider interfacing with the team leader
- Contributes to the start-up of new activities that will be entrusted to the call centre from time to time, also taking care of the relevant contractual obligations
- producing reports and presentations for management
- managing telesales channel lists
- monitoring payment management
- manage extraordinary projects for the web site and telesales
