La società ns cliente è una **realtà multinazionale produttiva** con head quarter in **Parma**.

Per il completamento del team dedicato al Controllo di Gestione e HR Management siamo alla ricerca della seguente figura professionale:
**HR COST CONTROLLER & HR ADMIN**

**Posizione**:
Le sue responsabilità principali saranno le seguenti:

- Analisi approfondite del** costo del lavoro e della sua composizione.**
- **Reports periodici e ad hoc su KPIs relative alle Risorse Umane** (FTE, assenteismo, Overtime monitoring and labour cost).
- **Budget e Forecast HR **in collaborazione con** **HR Director, HR Managers, e Controlling.
- Gestire documentazione relativa ai processi di **hiring and life cycle** del personale (promozioni, modifiche contrattuali, aumenti di stipendio)
- Utilizzo a livello key user di **sistemi informativi HR** come ad esempio **Zucchetti** e **Sap Success Factor**
- Creazione e implementazione di **HR Analytical KPIs** specificandone requisiti tecnici
- Coordinamento con consulenti esterni in materia di Consulenza del Lavoro e IT.

**Requisiti**:
La Risorsa ideale ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di **HR Cost Controller o Senior Payroll Specialist** e ha maturato conoscenza approfondita delle **normative giuslavoristiche** e previdenziali, conosce in maniera approfondita almeno 1 CCNL di natura industriale, idealmente Chimico Industria.

Cerchiamo forte etica del lavoro, doti analitiche e di comunicazione, project management e attitudine al lavoro in team in un contest multinazionale dinamico.

**Data management, analytical skills e ottimo utilizzo di Excel** completano il profilo.

**E’ richiesto un buon / ottimo livello della lingua inglese**
