**Who are we looking for?**
Luisa Via Roma is looking for a** IT Business Analyst **to join our team.
**What you will do**:
- You will contribute to a variety of activities that are critical to the success of the technical teams, and therefore the business.
- You will work as part of cross-functional teams to lead analysis, bring features and products to market and develop and grow user experience and business opportunities.
- You will work alongside the IT management team to align systems, services and technical solutions into a comprehensive set of roadmaps and business plan.
- You will connect with key business stakeholders to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements and project deliverables.
- You will build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders (Product Management and Technology teams, particularly platform owners, developers, technical leads and testers)
- You will co-operate closely with the enterprise architects and the delivery teams to establish capabilities and ensure customer needs are interpreted into suitable designs and recommend whether current or new products are suitable.
- You will highlight and share risks associated with plans and designs.
- You will understand both internal and external user needs from both a UX and functional perspective. Build relationships with internal users to appreciate individual needs and concerns.
- You will recommend improvements/optimization to current systems/processes and planning implementation of these improvements.
- You will work with agile teams to continually improve ways of working.
**Requirements for this role**:
- Brilliant communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to guide group discussions and explain complex solutions.
- Experience in eCommerce environment.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements and working with the team to produce high level technical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with software for requirements documentation and development tracking e.g. JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- You are able to forge long-lasting quality business relationships with senior and mid-level leaders. You have excellent collaborative and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Italian: you read, write, and speak proficiently in English and Italian languages.
