**IT Demand Manager**
The IT Demand Manager plays a strategic and operational role in translating business needs into innovative and scalable IT solutions, with a primary focus on digital channels (website and mobile app), the company’s key business drivers. This position serves as a critical bridge between the IT department and other business stakeholders, ensuring that technological initiatives align with business priorities, budgets, and timelines.
- Key Responsibilities_
**Demand Management**: Collaborate with top management and operational teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize IT development requests, ensuring constant alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities.
**Planning and Coordination**: Define project and technology roadmaps for major business initiatives, focusing on e-commerce and customer digital experience.
**Operational Oversight**: Monitor the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
**Stakeholder Management**: Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and external consultants to maintain effective communication and synergy among all parties involved.
**Process Optimization**: Identify areas for improvement within IT processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
**IT Governance**: Support the IT leadership in defining and implementing company policies related to system and infrastructure management.
**Performance Monitoring**: Establish and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions, with a focus on usability, performance, and customer satisfaction for digital channels.
**Technological Innovation**: Stay updated on market trends to propose new solutions that enhance user experience and maintain the company’s competitive edge.
- Requirements_
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with external providers.
- Solid knowledge of retail business processes (e.g., supply chain, omnichannel operations).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in demand management and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
