As a Communications and Events Intern at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, you are part of a team that coordinates extraordinary experiences. In this role, you will assist in coordinating events and making engaging Communications campaigns that show off the special charm and luxury experiences of our destination.

**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Assisting in planning and executing on-site events
- Helping with PR activities like working with the media, writing press releases, and partnering with influencers.
- Working with different teams to make sure events run smoothly and get good PR coverage
- Draft monthly PR reports and update the media visits database
- Support with the creation of marketing materials
- Support with the coordination and operations of the weekly events calendar by keeping relations with suppliers and by ensuring a smooth event flow
- Lead site inspections of the property with journalists or content creators under the supervision of Communications Executive
- Lead site inspections of the property under the supervision of Events Manager
- Support in the organization and handling of photo/video shootings

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written
- Creativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Team player with excellent organisational and time management skills, problem solver, curious and enthusiastic
- Desirable: previous experience in events organization
