Janssen Italy is looking for the new Regional Government Affairs Manager, reporting to the Regional Government Affairs Lead and taking care of Southern Italy.
Major Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing regional advocacy strategies to support the company’s business interests at institutional level.
- Improve monitoring and reporting processes to identify emerging issues and determine how to foster legislative and policy interests at regional level.
- Development and implementation of a targeted regionals relations engagement strategy, including engagement planning for the Leadership Team.
- Cultivate and maintains relationships with policymakers and regulators at all regionals levels.
- High profile institutional event planning.
- Act as Janssen spokesperson at regional events and in regional related working groups
**Qualifications**:
Requisiti:
- Master degree in related fields.
- Previous experience in institutional affairs of at least 3+ years
- Fluent English language.
- Deep understanding of the Italian regional political context.
- Extensive knowledge of government regional agencies, structures and functions.
- Experience in institutional engagement and building trustful relations
- Excellent competence to engage and interact with internal stakeholders at Leadership Team levels
- Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and institutional events.
- Good analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical field will be considered a plus.
- Availability to frequent travels.
