Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
**Position Summary**:
Managing, leading and overseeing all the activities related to installation and maintenance of auxiliary systems and equipment installed in the Technical Center.
**MAIN OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES**
Big opportunity for personal growth and change by developing and managing industrial equipment in an continuosly evolving and growing high level automotive technical center, where implementing innovative processes and management methodologies.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Areas of responsibility include:
- building refurbishment and maintenance
- utilities and communications infrastructure (Electrical, Plumbing, Thermal, HVAC) development and management
- facility procurement management
- space and layout management
in accordance with Dana HSE presctiptions.**Job Requirements**:
**Education**: University master degree Management or Mechanical / Electricall Engineering focused on industrial equipment
**Professional Background**:
5-10 years of experience in similar roles, with demonstrate knowledge of installation, maintenance and management of industrial equipments.
**Hard Skills**:
Essential:
English / Mechanical technical skill / Strong knowledge of design and installation of industrial equipments, Knowledge of safety procedures and innovation culture oriented.
**Soft Skills**:
- Effective communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Flexibility, Leadership, Problem-solving, Self-development
