Chiesi Corporate Functions

These are all the functions based in Parma supporting the business: Global HR, Global ICT, Global Finance, Global Communication and Public Affairs, Shared Values & Sustainability, Corporate Internal Auditing, Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Global Procurement.

Who we are looking for

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance of export documentation (invoices, declarations, certificates of origin, preferential origin declarations, etc.) for shipping purposes;
- Control the accuracy of customs documents;
- Process intra-UE invoicing (including Electronic invoicing);
- Control of import documentation, process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation;
- Relation with customs brokers, freight forwarders, banks and other service providers;
- Process letter of credit and CAD payments.

Experience Required

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Education

Either academic or high-school diploma

Languages
- Intermediate English
- Fluent Italian

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of procedures related to importing and exporting, customs and fiscal rules and regulations, incoterms, export payment terms;
- Microsoft Office package;
- SAP (as a nice to have).
