**Who are we looking for ?**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to work mainly in the Northern Italy area. The Account Manager will support the Business Manager in the operational area, providing the best technical and service solution and developing long term partnerships.
**What will you be doing ?**:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters including technical support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Responsible for identifying new prospects in their territory and opportunities within existing accounts using an ATLAS (Salesforce) driven approach and structure.
**Who are You ?**:
Experience in a similar technical or sales role, ideally with the PCB manufacturing product range.
**What competencies will you need ?**:
- Strong ability to build relationships and leverage customer and internal relationships.
- Possess a professional, positive attitude and be a good team player.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- This is an outside sales position. Travel is required.
