Kids&Us is passionate about teaching and leaders in the language teaching sector for children age 1 and over. We work hard to inspire our students to learn meaningful English, to express themselves, and to explore their surroundings to grow and change the world.

**Your mission**

Your main mission will be to lead the team of ambassadors of the Kids&Us brand and method (teachers), be the person of reference with the families, define the necessary business actions to sell the Kids&Us learning method, and build the loyalty of the families we work with.

**Your day-to-day will consist of**:

- Anticipate and plan the needs of the Kids&Us school in terms of budgets, organisation and purchasing.
- Organising and preparing the structure of the team so that the company runs smoothly. To do this, it will be necessary to look for passionate talent to join our project.
- To drive the people in the organisation to be the best version of themselves and to aid in achieving the school’s targets. Promote the growth of the team and ensure their motivation and commitment.
- Coordinate activities in the school with the teams and families through careful and appropriate communication (internal, Kids&Us activities, training activities).
- Evaluate the school's results and correct deviations.
- Promote the company in the market through the elaboration and execution of marketing plans, also ensuring the development of the Kids&Us brand. Market the teaching method and try to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- And, obviously, guarantee the fulfilment of the agreement signed with Kids&Us and all the applicable regulations and laws (GDPR, workplace safety, and workplace relations).

You are intrepid, curious, adventurous, with a strong sense of commitment and passion for your work, as well as a strong focus on business strategies that are centred around customer-based results.

**The skills you need**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar. Master's or postgraduate degree in business management is desirable.
- Languages: English (C1).
- Experience: more than 3 years in the roles described above or in team management and management of commercial activity.
