**Rome Business School** is seeking an innovative and experienced leader to join our team as the **Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Faculty Development.**

**_Responsibilities:_**
- ** Develop, manage, and maintain relationships **with companies and organizations nationally;
- **Identify, develop, and implement strategies** to attract new partner companies and organizations;
- **Promote and sell customized corporate training courses**, working closely with the academic team to develop offers that address the needs of partner companies;
- **Organize and participate in corporate, university, and networking** events to promote the Rome Business School and its training courses.
- **Work closely with the Careers team** to facilitate internship and job opportunities for students;
- **Develop inside the Corporate and International Team significant** and productive institutional relations in line with the Brand of Rome Business School;
- **Regularly monitor and report on the progress and performance** of corporate relations and executive education activities inside the team.

KPI’s:

- Meet the Corporate B2B Revenue Objective on a monthly and yearly basis
- Achieve the goal of new national corporate agreements on a monthly and yearly basis
- Number of Corporate Training Sessions per Year
- Corporate Attendance Rates in RBS Events
- Requirements:_
- ** Education**: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- **Idioms**: Italian Native Speaker. C1+ level of English.** Any additional spoken language will be evaluated as a plus.
- **Tools**: Excellent use of the Office Package, with particular attention to Excel and PowerPoint. Preferably familiar with Microsfot Dynamics, Moodle Platform, BalckBoard Platform, MailUp. Any additional IT skills will be evaluated as a plus.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of significant experience **in corporate and institutional relations and training, preferably in an academic or training context.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with a variety of stakeholders;
- Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills;
- Proactivity and results orientation;
- Ability to work in a team on an independent basis;
- Availability to travel for meetings with companies and organizations.
