Il Gruppo Aeroporti di Roma, all’interno di Strategic Planning & Regulatory è alla ricerca di un:
**Strategy & Corporate Development Manager**

La struttura Strategic Planning & Regulatory si occupa di pianificazione strategica, analisi economico-finanziaria del Piano industriale pluriennale, Budget e Forecast con il relativo monitoraggio, della definizione dei criteri d’impostazione del modello tariffario e della previsione, controllo e diffusione dell’andamento del traffico aereo e dei principali trend di mercato. In particolare, la figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità della funzione di Strategy & Corporate Development.

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del responsabile di funzione, ha maturato 5/8 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza/banche d’affari su attività di business development, corporate finance, operazioni di M&A in ambito nazionale ed internazionale, strategia d’impresa.

**Principali attività e aree di responsabilità**:

- Assicurare l’elaborazione e l’analisi delle iniziative di sviluppo dell’assetto e del modello industriale del Gruppo in coerenza con le linee guida definite;
- Assicurare l’analisi di fattibilità economico finanziaria dei progetti di sviluppo nazionale e internazionale del Gruppo in ambito aeroportuale;
- Supportare il vertice aziendale nell’elaborazione delle linee guida strategiche del gruppo sulla base degli scenari di mercato e delle condizioni macroeconomiche;
- Assicurare, a seguito di operazioni societarie (es. acquisizioni, fusioni, etc.), la governance del processo di post deal integration coordinando le competenti strutture aziendali nelle attività di integrazione delle nuove Società all’interno del Gruppo ADR.

**Requisiti ed esperienze**:

- Competenze in principi di valutazione di aziende;
- Capacità di predisposizione di business plan e modelli di valutazione complessi;
- Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi informatici (principalmente Excel e Power Point);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Preferenziale conoscenza del settore aeroportuale.

- Network leadership;
- Negoziazione.
